        If you use this service have a back-up plan, I was left stranded at the airport. Their website says "SW Prime is available Monday-Friday 5:30am-7:00pm (last ride request must be made by 6:30pm) and Saturday 6:00am-5:30pm" My flight got in at 2:30pm on a Sat. They wouldn't answer their phones, just got a message saying to call back on Monday. $60 cab ride home. Called to complain on Monday, they shrugged it off and said "sorry". That's it.
