I got a coupon in the mail for a synthetic oil change at TGK for $49.99. I couldnt get my car in before the coupon expired but they honored it anyway. I got there at 11:00 as scheduled, waited in the comfortable waiting area, enjoyed some complimentary snacks and I was out the door at 11:45 at the quoted price! Ill be back!

Called about getting a quote for some work done on my vehicle. Explained type of work looking for and needed, mentioned symptoms of the vehicle. Instead of asking questions about how and why I determined the cause, I was talked to like I was an idiot and didn't know my vehicle or what was needed. Decided to end call at that point.
