        I had asked to have someone check on the water in my apartment. The water is not hot, it is warm at best in the shower. I also had said that I wanted to be here if someone was going to be coming into my apartment if needed. There was going to be a water heater replaced a few days after I was told that the issue was taken care of so I was under the impression that this is what the "fix" was going to be. I am not sure that either one was completed. I still have no hot water in my shower and I still am not sure what was ever done.

        It sure would be nice to know which work order. Wills service is very good but if a comment needs to be made, you dont know what work order. Thank you
