Pat was very helpful throughout every step in the sale of our property. She is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and also how potential buyers could react to our property and to the asking price. We had detailed discussions about properties built over 30 years ago and how they would be viewed by today's buyer. She was very interested in us as people, not as just 'clients'.
