Metro Dentalcare Chanhassen

As of late 2023/ early 2024, they lost the dentist that had been working there who I loved. Went in for a cleaning in early 2024 and they said I had to return a different day to see the actual dentist. The dentist is only available before 2PM, permanentlyI could not get appointments after 2PM any longer. I guess that would be inconvenient for the dentist. This is unacceptable, not everyone can just take off work during the day and its an absurd expectations of their customers to make all appointments before 2PM. What kind of a dentist practice even could do this and stay in business, what kind of an operation is this? I am gladly taking my business elsewhere, I dont need this hassle in my life.

Karissa Palme was my new dental hygienist this last time. I could not have been more pleased with her approach, knowledge, suggestions on what I could do to get a better cleaning at home and was genuinely interested as to what she could do for me as her patient. Karissa is definitely a keeper!!

The new dentist here absolutely sucks. Cant tell you what his name is he didnt say a word to me. Extremely harsh from start to finish and both of my fillings are messed up so bad I cant even drink room temperature water without pain in those teeth. Oh and he put the filling on the wrong tooth to start with because he was hardly even paying attention to what he was doing. I would avoid this place until they replace him. Now Ive got to find a new dentist to fix his poor work.

Nice staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. The dental hygienist was very nice and made sure I knew what was going on during the visit. We were able to setup a treatment plan and cost estimates before I left so I could make a better financial decision.
