All I can say is WOW! Todd and his crew saved me when I had vehicle trouble about 2 hours into a 4+ hour trip across the state. I don't live in the area and had never even heard of J&R Auto until I googled "auto repair near me" when I had vehicle issues a couple miles away. Thankfully, I was able to limp my van to their shop and they got it in immediately. They quickly diagnosed the problem, had parts brought in, and got me back on the road in less than two hours. The mechanic (I think his name was Tony) even worked into his lunch break to get the needed repairs done. And the prices were more than fair!! Kudos to J & R!!

J&R has earned our loyalty over and over for 10 years now. They are friendly, honest and thorough. Major or minor repairs and regular maintenance, they will guide you on whats practical or not worth it and they only do what is necessary. We take all of our vehicles here. Even when new. For all services and maintenance. J&R will run specials from time to time to keep prices even more competitive. But Ive always felt that J&R prices were fair and that Im saving money over all other options. You can opt for J&R services that also include inspection of major components. We feel valued and welcome at J&R.

I have been going to Metropolitan Ford for several years for service on my car. But the prices keep going up and the customer service has gone waaaay down... My son goes to a smaller shop called J&R Auto. He told me to try them. So I did .. My brakes have been squeaking I thought may have to have new brakes or at the least some expensive work. They checked them out for me and come to find out my brakes are good...just a bit of rust..NO CHARGE! I am sooo impressed I cannot believe it! They could have told me anything and as a dumb woman who knows nothing about cars and I would have believed them. Thank you J & R for being honest ...I will be back for my car care!!
