No showed the appointment with us. I had to call the company who referred them to get a call back. No acknowledgement of why they no showed the time and no apology was given by Marty. I have a follow up appointment happening and we will see how this goes. I would have gone with another company if I weren't on a timeline with our home sale but deadlines need to be met. Poor service and I will update accordingly once we have the full experience.
