Thomas was great! We are first time home buyers and did not know much about lending and home buying, but Thomas is very knowledgeable and helped walk us through the whole process. He was readily available when we had any questions and more than happy to elaborate on complicated topics. Thomas worked tirelessly through the ups, downs and weird quirks of the home buying process. He always gives so much context to the process (as big picture or small details as you can handle!) that you end up having a very good idea of what is happening and why.
