A quote from another Mechanic to replace my brakes and rotors in my two thousandand 15 Ram. They quoted me at two thousand dollars. I took my truck here because they quoted me at seven hundred and fifty. He changed all my breaks in about 25000 miles. My emergency break failed on me.
Chewed up the rotors that you just put in my truck. I took it back, he said the clasp on the ebrake rushed it out. It would cost another four hundred dollars to replace them yet my front Breaks still squeak Like he never changed that all I know is my brakes in my truck Sounds like garbage.They don't work like brand new brakes in my emergenc Break I had him disconnect but now The sensor beeps at me all the time.Telling me that my e break is engaged and It's not connected because I have It's not connected cause I had him Disconnected When I person? When a person brings a truck in to get his brakes done. And the job was not done correctly and causing more problems.You don't charge the person to fix the problem that you should have fixed in the first place. Ever since I got my brakes fixed from you.They are garbage they squeak , they don't break. Ever since I got my brakes fixed from you.They are garbage they squeak.They don't break my mercy.Break should be working When I bring my a vehicle in to get a full break job done you should have inspected the emergency break to make sure it wouldn't fail and break your work that you just performed. That way I don't have to come back in a few months to repay you to do a job.You should have done right in the first place. In my opinion, you should have replaced all my brakes and rotors.Because you didn't properly replace them the first time. And you did not inspect the emergency break as well.Which caused more damage after ysupposedly changed all my Brakes and routers.i am very disappointed In your service. Voice text, Is terrible. Just like the service I got.
