First time ever having anything from Pizza Ranch, and probably the last( wife didn'tcare for the pizza or bread sticks. Ordered online and chose extra cheese and a message popped up saying it doesn't show we added it but we did, um what why can't you just turn red like everything else that was picked. Wait, the best part was when we got the Pizza home and opened it up it was only cheese and not half beef and banana peppers, the other half extra bacon & chicken, both sides onions, mushrooms and who knows if the whole thing had extra cheese. Called and was told yeah sometimes when you order online it doesn't actually add the stuff but you got what you ordered. That response made no sense to me. Maybe fix it or not let customers order online by asking them to call orders in due to issues with ordering online and we apologize for the inconvenience. Nope just let customers keep ordering online and not fix it lol. It also offered me chicken wings but wouldn't let me order them lol. It was a bummer because I had so wanted everything to be good.
