        We trusted Jackson Hewitt with our taxes and ended up getting a bill from the IRS because there were errors. It took over a month for them to do our taxes and each time they had a different amount we owed. Needless to say we will not be returning or recommending. And we did contact the local office and they said there was nothing they could or would do besides pay the $20 penalty because we didnt get the 100% guarantee protection program.
