We have had numerous new houses and Semler has been the best experience we have had. They not only built a high quality house but their customer service has been terrific. Their houses have great layouts with high quality workmanship. We are really pleased with our house. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home. I want to give an extra thanks to employees Travis and Mike for such friendly helpful service. I feel they go the extra mile.

They Nail It!
May 1994. That is when I started working with Semler Construction Inc. I am still here ~ happily and gratefully!
The integrity of the owners is one of the best characteristics I love about Semler Construction! The first 24 years I worked with Pete Semler. I was always impressed with Pete’s mentality of going above and beyond in customer service and “doing the right thing” for his customers, his subcontractors, and his employees. I would say that, that integrity is in his blood because it was passed into Jason as well. They do not miss a beat when it comes to integrity!
Jason’s creative ability to draft efficient home designs, with quality products at a reasonable price gives our homeowners a comfortable home to create memories.
Our subcontractors care about the quality of their customer service and their workmanship and it shows! Our product manager, our warranty representative, our office staff, and Jason work well as a team to ensure that the integrity of each part of the building process and customer service is passed on to each home and homeowner!
I could go on and on. I will end with this; Semler Construction Inc, truly is “A Tradition of Excellence in New Construction since 1981!”
