Work isn't all that difficult but its incredibly repetitive and uneventful. Not to mention the lack of time opportunities given to workers to communicate with the higher ups, or just lack of communication in general which creates problems when profits and zero defects are prioritized over employee ideas and interaction with each other. I even pitched an idea that would save them thousands and speed up production, and they seemed to like the idea, then nothing for months. They never even bothered telling me that they aren't working on it when I could have helped them expand the idea till it worked.

Park Manufacturing is capable of much more for their customers and employees. I am somewhat surprised that a company of this age is having very basic issues in management, employee retention and process control. Management says that they listen to employee ideas, which is true, however they refuse to continue employees' process changes even after proving that it saves time/money/materials. I loved working with the associates there but when it comes to a large portion of leadership/management, they can be very childish and unprofessional. For the sake of all the great people that work there, I hope that things change drastically for the better.

Work isn't bad and 3 day weekends always a plus....pay sucks though I have been offered more at fast food chains
