        Really knowledgeable when it comes to sprinkler install and any adjustments needed. Love that they offer fertilizing up to 5 times a year and aerating in the fall!

        I recently contacted ARC irrigation for repair work on our sprinkler system. I was impressed with their professionalism and prompt service. I left an after-hours message with ARC which they promptly returned the next morning. In spite of it being busy season, they were able to solve the issue the next morning. The ARC technician listened to my description of the issue, clearly explained the likely source of the problem and described how he was going to diagnose it. After finding the faulty part, he showed it to me, explained my options and efficiently made the repair. The technician was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. From the phone call I made to arrange for a technician, to the actual repair, I was impressed with ARC's courtesy, communication and professionalism.
