Recently Josh Fedder Homes built a home for us in Mora, Minnesota. House was built on time, we were able to watch construction of this stick built home....no shortcuts were taken to build this wonderful home, even several pleasant surprises we had not even requested, LED lighting, phone, internet, computer Jack's, concrete driveway, finished, insulated garage, tie-in for garage heater. We had searched hundreds of homes online and in person and could not find a home that met all of our needs... until this one. Various questions to Josh Fedder we're answered by next day online, request for Rv outlet, etc. ONLY warranty item was a piece of vinyl siding that was loose and taken care of within 2 days of notifying Josh. As a side note, we have fell in love with little town of Mora, charming town and friendly people.
