Tried make an account today we was told that we would have to wait. Lady at the desk said she could get an Estimated time for us but she made us wait for the estimated time that we would have to wait. We ended up going to another bank. I would give a no star if it were an option

Been with Affinity for some years and they are not willing to work with you or offer solutions also don't bother making an appointment to speak to anyone waited 30 min past appt time no apology for the delay and no answers to my questions Will be closing all 3 of my accounts here and finding somewhere new to go

Best bank on the planet!! When I have problems I talk to real people who are just like me and I've never not gotten a solution. Also, mobile banking is SUPER easy, very forgiving programs to help you keep your money AND more secure than any other bank I've ever used! 10/10 recommended to literally everyone!
