The title of this company is extremely misleading as Ive yet to talk with a single professional at this establishment. This business will provide you with the absolute worst customer service while asking you to pay them. If you have any response to what one of their professionals say they will simply hang up on you to avoid hearing it or having it recorded. Id rather be forced to watch Herbie: Fully loaded starring Lindsay Lohan every day for the rest of my life than talk to these people ever again.

Don't ever call me asking if I have permission, when My husband was trying to answer saying yes I do have permission to speak to you but instead you over talked both of us & than processed to ask if we're okay and proceed to ask if we don't care about our credit score? Where do you have any right to talk to us like that? I hang up on rude collection agencies like yours!!! So until you can call & ask us appropriate questions... you will continue to reach voicemail.

Rude rude rude. I have paid my bill, tried talking to the rude woman on the phone and I almost went off on her. I have been in customer service for 20 years and I would never talk to someone they way she did me. No excuse. Rude.

I payed off a medical debt through them in the beginning of February and it is currently in my report as closed with a $0 balance. They said they marked it for deletion, but the 3 other accounts I paid off at that time are already gone and this one is still showing on my report. When I contacted them they say repeatedly there is nothing else they can do, they marked it for deletion. I asked multiple times if they could reach out again to the credit companies and was told no I will have to dispute it. I'm planning on calling the attorney general's office to investigate if this is true. Very disappointed in this company.
