We did a buy and a sell with Chase and he managed both sides flawlessly. We were able to get what we asked for on the sale of our home after only three days on the market. The offer we accepted had some unusual circumstances involved and Chase was relentless in ensuring that things continued to move along and the closing occurred on schedule so we were successfully able to complete the purchase of our new home. We were able to get many concessions from our sellers while having to update very few things on our sale making us feel again like we got the most out of both sides of our transaction. To top it all off, on the day of closing he even helped shovel our driveway and met our movers at our house when our funding took a little longer than expected. We always felt like a priority and would absolutely recommend Chase to anyone who was looking to buy or sell (or both!) their home.
