I had a wonderful experience at this store. I went in to find some CBD lotion and Emily was so polite and helpful and the lotion that I bought is amazing! Really helps with the aches and pains. Will definitely be going back for more.

I purchased a cane for my mother at this location. The customer service was outstanding. They had a vast selection available to choose from and all at a reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable regarding the products that they sell and were willing to track down any items that they may not have had on hand. We will be back for future purchases!

Outstanding Customer Service! I am so happy that I found Emily at Liberty Oxygen & Medical in Burnsville! I was overwhelmed with a long list of items to prep my house for my upcoming surgery.. At a minimum, I needed a walker and fixtures to make my bathroom more accessible. Emily came to my rescue. She is well informed on all the products in her store. She asked me questions to help me figure out what would work best. Everything that she recommended has exceeded my expectations! I had such an amazing experience with Emily that I have returned many times to purchase additional items. If Emily doesn't have it in stock, she goes above and beyond calling other locations or special ordering it for me. Liberty Oxygen & Medical is lucky to have Emily! Her exceptional service has made me a customer for life and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!
