First time being back at this location since the global shut down due to a pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised. The store was fully stocked and neat. I had a young beautiful lady greet me at the front and explain to me that the store is practicing social distancing. I had two employees asking me how I am doing and if they could help me. I also opened an Angel card, which is awesome! I was very happy with my service and my purchases. Here are some things I got (see below). I really recommend this store because it has good selection and very friendly staff!

very bad experience with a woman named Dana after having been waiting for her to serve me, she was very rude and very unprofessional with the customer, she snatched my things from my hand and sent me to continue waiting at another cashier, after It was my turn

The store itself had a good display clean. However I was in there yesterday trying to Christmas shop and my niece was just looking at perfume and there was a cart of product just there and all I heard was a employee rudely say to her Can I help you? Very condescending. Instead of a kind greeting. I have shopped at many VS and have never been treated like that. keep in mind we were eyed the whole time since we walked in the store so I was already uncomfortable. Because of that employees attitude we decided not to shop there and go To the VS in rosedale mall.
