My family and I stayed in room 222. Pretty quiet room. The room looked clean, staff were very friendly, but I have to give a bad rating due to the beds. The beds are full of bed bugs. I do not recommend anyone staying here! I did take pictures for proof

The house keepings are bad they will knock the door like 9:00am or early so they can go home early and they dont clean the room there is dust on the windows and and the carpets

The breakfast food was very standard continental breakfast food, but even by those standards it wasn't very good. Their coffee was very subpar, and none of the food stood out as anything memorable. Besides that, there was a wonderful receptionist, Asha, that greeted us at our check in. She helped us with our first problem, but we never even bothered mentioning the second one. In our first room was a terrible smell, which we discovered was a melting block of ice in the fridge. Water was pooling in the front and back of the fridge. Asha helped get us a new room two doors down, which was better. That is, until I discovered the dead wasp in the towel I was about to use after my shower. At this point we didn't even bother the staff with it, our daughter just wanted to go to bed and both my wife and I did not want to pack it all up, just to go to a different room.
