I went in for my initial appointment. I had some pain and issues needing attention. Dr. Mike was extremely rough. Pulling and pushing very hard on my teeth. Stretching my mouth to the point that it took literal days for me to feel better. I left there with nothing useful done, bloody mouth and pain to my ears for days. When he was communicating with his assistant, you could see him get frustrated with her and she appeared scared of him. When he was finally done, he jumped up and yelled to the incompetent and rude front desk employee,get the bill and estimates! Then he grabbed my coat and purse and practically threw them at me. I dont know what sweet Dr Mike, the other reviewers are seeing, but he was the opposite to me. Im a medical professional and would never treat my patients like this. Maybe Im too dark for him to like. Not sure why I was treated like this. Never ever ever ever again!

I called in to become a new patient. The receptionist was extremely rude. She interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to give relevant information. She made me feel stupid for asking questions. I hung up after her final condescending comment. I have no idea if these dental services are good or bad. I am avoiding this office based on an interaction devoid of empathy or understanding.
