I use this bank for 10yrs, it was firfly the service was awesome,now after they change name the service is very poor when i deposit my paycheck it take more than 8day some time 10 day even some cashier they not help full the way how they talk to customer they not professionally only one person is responsible at burnsville, MN branch he is manager Indiana guy i forget his name.

I just moved from Wisconsin, Altra Federal Credit Union suggested this Credit Union. That's a big NO! I've used their affiliated services once and have been disappointed ever since. TeRrIbLe service. I used two different branches of trustone financial.

I bought a car and true stone denied helping me fix the car had to voluntarily surrender. Was told the account was close and they would not make payments arrangements with me. Two years later after many phone calls finally they decided to off me a settlement if I had the total money after the sold the vehicle if not I would owe 3500 in interest. Explained that once an account is closed and charged off the loan should not have interest. What a joke dont ever get a car loan though truestone they could care less about you once your car need repairs
