Tim Stegall Carpet

We had a great experience working with Tim! We had an offer accepted on a house and came to Tim with a tight deadline as we wanted carpet replaced before our family could move in. It was a big job (all new carpet in the whole house), but Tim and his crew got it done and our new carpet looks amazing! We would gladly recommend his service to anyone looking for new carpet.

I believe in supporting the little guy. I called Tim on September 28th asking about remnant carpet and if he had any in stock. He said he was open until 8 pm and to stop by after I got off work. I went to his store after work we discussed carpet and the fact I was on a time sensitive and needed it installed before October 3rd because I was moving out of state. He delivered in a huge way he came to my house that night measured and gave me the price which I agreed with. I called him on Thursday September 29th and he said he had his installers set to install on Friday September 30th at 11 am. They did a fantastic job with the installation and were very respectful. I approved the installation and that is when Tim deposited my check. I highly recommend Tim he was able to meet a very tight time schedule and really hit it out of the park. Thank you so much Tim I appreciate everything. Give this guy a call you wont be disappointed.

We are so thankful we found Tim and his company. We recently moved and we wanted carpet installed before we moved in. Prior to us closing on the house, some damage was done to the carpet and we were concerned we would not find someone to replace it during the short window of time that we had before moving day. Tim made it happen!  It was done so well and we are so thankful.

Overall awesome experience from a person buying carpet for the first time. I went to Tim with a short time frame only 3 weeks, my house was empty and I was moving my things in in 3 weeks time (very short window to schedule carpet installation) ; I wanted new flooring before putting all of my furniture on top of it. Tim was very knowledgeable, helpful, and chill not pushy at all. Showed me multiple options for my style and multiple prices and explained the differences. After shopping around this store has one of the best prices in the area, if not the best. Also only one other supplier even said they would do that short of a time frame a lot of other stores said it was to short notice. I picked out my carpet and Tim came over the same day to measure to give me the final numbers. His installers were super kind and respectful and did a beautiful job. I had a lot of space done. They ripped out the old carpet and padding and laid down brand new padding and carpet. They also fixed multiple areas of transitions to look better and installed nice chrome pieces for them. They finished what would have took other people all day in just a few short hours. I only give 4 stars because once the old carpet and padding was ripped up there was a lot of animal hair and some dirt around the rim of the rooms from the people who had lived there before over the years. I asked if they were going to vacuum it up before laying down my new carpet. They only had a vacuum for after laying the carpet down and it didnt have a hose attachment. So I took my vacuum with a hose and vacuumed the rim of the entire house to get the dirt and animal hair out of the way. I didnt want it under the new flooring. Also after a few weeks I noticed a bump in my basement carpeting, not sure how or why but am sure it was a minor mistake, Id dint even notice for a few weeks. Im sure they would come back to fix it but Im so busy I never even called them to let them know and left it. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I would go to this store again for sure. Good service and good quality at a good price.
