        The guy who assisted me today looked at my account and announced how much money I have in it as if I dont know already. It wasnt even the question! There was a bunch of people around. Why share my sensitive information and personal business like that???

        Never answer their phone, have called them over 12 times over the course of multiple days and have yet to get through. Kind of wondering if they have their phones disconnected or something so they don't have to assist customers that are calling to ask questions. The few times I've been at this location in person the service was very slow for what was a very easy transaction each time. Luckily there is another branch in Burnsville I can use to avoid going to this one

        They never refill the ATMs with cash. They are always empty! Also if you want to deposit a check via ATM after hours the ATM will not accept the check. This is a very lazy unorganized bank and staff here.
