Great management team, they take great care of us. Well maintained building and grounds. Amenities include pool, exercise room, party room, business center game area & dog park all which are well cared for.

So very disappointed in this place! A family member lived here for several years, and upon move out and after we spent 2 entire evenings cleaning, they still charged (overcharged) for many "cleaning charges". Charged $25 for "cleaning inside and outside of refrigerator" when I myself pulled out everything, drawers, shelves and scrubbed them. They shined. There were also numerous other "cleaning charges" for things that we cleaned. If you want your tenants to be professional cleaners, that should be stated in your lease. Normal wear and tear does not include excessive cleaning. We all know that properties clean in-between renters regardless, but this is absurd! Also, the place is crawling with coach roaches! An exterminator was called, but only after our family member complained several times, and was initially told it "must have come from their place"...when we all know they have been there a lot longer than 3 years! These bugs did NOT come from my family member's unit - had to google what a roach even looked like! What comes around, goes around...so disappointed that GOOD, former tenants have been raked over the coals like this! Management should be ashamed of themselves! I was a resident of Burnsville for 30 years, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! So sad, sad, sad!

This place has cockroachs everywhere they also charge a fee for everything and they bump up your rent because of section 8

Every time we have an issue the office cant solve it , doing laundry here means to loose money every time , there are kids around the area throwing eggs to apartments and cars , the staff is nice but dont do anything to solve any problem, police had come twice this month and they dont tell you what the issue is , I dont think is safe to live here ,we are moving soon and very happy about it .

My Husband and I have lived here for over 3 years now. I remember when we had toured this place and feeling instantly safe and that i liked it and got a good feeling about the place and management. Over the past 3 years we have gotten so much support and care from the management, Even with a couple of issues( which can happen anywhere) they always have made sure we are being taken care of. Owning a apartment complex I can imagine is hard, but I truly feel like they are doing the best they can! My husband and I truly feel like they care about us. Valarie and Denise have been nothing but kind to the both of us.
