Wyngate Townhomes

My husband and I have called Wyngate home for five wonderful years now, and it truly feels like our haven. The sense of community and comfort here is unparalleled. However, one aspect that has been a bit inconsistent is the management changes, which can sometimes lead to inconvenience, especially when information isn't effectively communicated between transitions. Despite this, our recent experience with Kenzie Daley has been exceptional. Kenzie went above and beyond to resolve an issue for us, and we're truly grateful for their dedication and effort. For now, we plan to continue enjoying the comforts of Wyngate until we're ready to move into our own home, hopefully in the near future.

The maintenance guy was rude and had an attitude when I advised him that he didnt fix the issue

Needed HVAC company to return for job on AC. Maintenance followed up the next day to make sure work was done correctly. Very professional

Called the office because our ac unit is leaking under the locked door into the bedroom and through the floor onto the ceiling in the entry way so we cant use our ac its 100 outside today we have children and sick people that live here when I went to call we were threatened they said I wouldnt say that or it wont go over good for you like what is that supposed to mean not to mention this is like the 30th time weve called about our ceilings leaking and all they do is patch up the paint on the walls they dont fix the problem ever they are extremely rude and dont know how to do business and they dont even have an office here its through a different townhouse company the maintenance number they left for us to call is to a spa somewhere not even the right number so now we are stuck with no ac in 100 degrees weather and if we turn it on the damn floor will concave its literally turning green (the ceiling) I dont even wanna see whats behind the door it smells rancid and this isnt the first problem weve had with the ac unit either but to call to try and get help and be threatened instead is ridiculous horrible place to live horrible management Ive never had to deal with this kind of stuff from anyone ever in my entire life (those pictures besides the one in the entry way Weve called about numerous times and all they do is fix the paint) how disgusting
