        Extreme slow service.. they were more interested in taking personal phone calls as she did our taxes and the other employee that was supposed to be our preparer ignored us then proceeded the fall asleep in the office and all we heard was snoring.. not even sure the taxes were done right .will never go again..

        Had an appointment scheduled for today at 2 p.m. and no one ever showed up. Going to go to H&R block instead.

        When I get in to have my taxes done the associate has always been very courteous and helpful on all aspects of getting my taxes done, and this year was no different. This year it took me two months to try and get my taxes done because every time I called I would get forwarded to the wrong location and they couldnt help me at all. I even called specific locations and it still forwarded me to the office on Franklin. Real struggle to try and get my taxes done by you this year and I tried dozen to a dozen and a half times.
