Our family woke up having one of the worst days imaginable, this team put relief and made everybody feel at ease with the professionalism and knowledgeability from start to finish it was a breath of fresh air. We had a water leak that got worse late on a Friday night. We called Just Us and they came out immediately and determined what the problem was and were able to minimize the leak for the night. They came back early Saturday morning, made the repair and then removed base boards, flooring, cleaned the area well to insure mold would not be a future problem. They added fans for circulation and to speed up drying. Came back on Sunday to finish the job, replacing the flooring, etc. Excellent customer service with a smile! You never want to be in the position to need this type of service, but should you find yourself in the unfortunate situation, they are the people you want to have. They explain things thoroughly, handle every detail with extreme care and precision and they don't take shortcuts. They are great!
