M Health Fairview Urgent Care - Brooklyn Park

Not sure about other's reviews, but personally, when my family goes in, it's always a pleasant time. My kids love the pediatricians there. Our wait times weren't long either. Even for adult care, our wait times were 30 minutes at most. The staff are always respectful and kind. The clinic is super clean.

Very rude ,unproffessional and helpless reception . This location is just nothing but a joke do not waste your time here

Checked in about 10:30 AM with bad cold symptoms with concerns of sinus and/or chest infection. Told there were 12 ahead of me and would be 1 a 1.5 he wait and I was welcome to wait in car and they would call me. After about 1.5 hr I went back in and asked where I was on list. Im told I now have 8 ahead of me. I politely said that didnt make any sense. Asked how long the wait was now. Said another 1.5 hrmaybe. Others had come and gone while I was there. Went back to car to wait but after about 45 minutes I left, purposely not telling them to cancel my place in queue. Now 6+ hours later no call to even say that cannot see me today. Do notliterallywaste your time at this extremely poorly managed non-urgent care. My biggest regret is not reading all the other bad reviews before I went.
