Nobody ever answers the phone. Then I read the reviews and I'm glad nobody answered the phone. They sound terrible.

Travel beyond was the perfect choice to prepare for my trip to Australia. MR: Thien Nguyen. He's also the owner of Spectrum Travel Agent ; He were spend time with me didn't miss a single detail in this trip for me of a lifetime ; Because this is my first time travel to Australia experiences that included all the explanation detailed instructions from him i have ever seen from other Travel Agency before i came to Spectrum Travel. PS: If you're plant to travel , I highly recommend this is the best Travel Agency & you will not be disappointed .

Ive called this place asking if I could upgrade and pay for my parents upcoming trip to Vietnam from Comfort+ seating to Delta One FC Suites (since my parents booked through Spectrum at first) and the person I spoke (male) said thats impossible and I said why, he just said you cant do that and hung up on me. I then called Delta and was lucky enough to be able to upgrade them without any hassle. Not sure why Spectrum wasnt able to do it especially if my parents purchased a Delta Comfort+ Refundable as shown on the their receipt. If it was an economy I get, you cant make changes because its sold as is. With all that, I called Deltas customer service and the agent was able to modify, exchange and transact the price difference and upgraded them to first class suites. I assume that whoever I spoke to at Spectrum just didnt want to help, is rude and too lazy in wanting to do the little extra work of just upgrading them my parents. They also charge you a fairly high price for their service fee too if you go through them for booking. Poor customer service 0/5 stars if I could.
