        I bought a new disposable vape and when I took my FIRST puff (fresh out the package), it had no flavor and tasted burnt. When I asked for an exchange because the one I just bought was defective, I was told no. The cashier was very unprofessional and acted like he could care less about their customers buying defective vapes. Unreal. Wasted $20+ for a defective vape!

      Hi Angelo, there is no return or exchange on all Disposable vapes. We have a strict policy about it. We always ask customers to try it inside the shop before leaving and we have signs all over asking customers to try it quick to make sure it all works. Sometimes with disposables first couple pulls might be dry because the juice inside of it has to prime. After that it should all be good. I hope that was the case.
