        Went to return some shoes and they talking about in store credit only , I asked the girl the return policy the day before and not once did she mention we only do store credit. I hate these kinda stores

        I was reminded of why I dont shop here. The terrible service. Employees sitting around talking, running in and out the store. They dont greet customers, dont ask if the customer needs any help. Will look you dead in the face and not say a word.

        Customer service at the one in shingle creek is bad they always close early and are more concerned about what they got going on than the customer eating at the register just sitting around you ask for help it's I'm on break or send you to someone else and it takes forever to get shoe's from the back have walked out a few times
