        Most times okay. After we had our Brake switch done, they forgot to put in the rear drivers brake bulb. So while we thought it didnt work, the bulb just wasnt in.

        The service center offered me a coupon for an oil change + tire rotation. I paid for all of the services and only after I left, I noticed that the service center had not rotated my tires after they told me they did. Trust in your mechanic is paramount. All around this was a very disappointing experience. UPDATE: I had a good conversation with Thai, the manager. He took responsibility for the team and the mistake. Thai empathized with my concern and explained the steps he has already taken to ensure this doesnt happen again. I can tell he is a genuine and thoughtful leader. Thai provided the kind of communication and customer service that helps to rebuild trust and win back a customer. Service: Auto maintenance
