David really understood the assignment. I have a big family and was looking for a house that will accommodate all of us. He did his assignment and took us to different houses, and was so patient, and worked with our pace without pressurizing us to hurry up and make up our mind. As a first time home buyer, he was very patient with my family and led us the right way. He was prompt with answering my questions and also gave great advice. This process did not seem rushed with David. He answered my calls 100% of the time and made sure to simply the explanations and terminology. He personally picked houses for me to view as well as my choices. In the end I bought a house that he had hand picked for me!! This process was very stress free.
