We worked with Niles and Trish both when selling our house and purchasing a new one (non-contingent). They were able to handle all of the obstacles that were in our way and provide answers/solutions to the problems that we faced. We worked really well together as a team, with their guidance and experience, to ultimately land us the home we wanted and make sure we got the best offer we could and make sure our old home was going to be in good hands. While moving was stressful in and of itself, I felt confident that Niles and Trish were the right people to help us on our journey and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!! Working with Niles and Trish was a stress-free dream! I was most impressed with their communication: I NEVER had to wonder what was going on or what we needed to do next. Although Team Home at Last are based in Mpls, they were spot on with preparing and pricing our St. Paul home. Around 30 showings were scheduled for the first weekend and we accepted an offer well above asking!
