        Frameless shower door installed 7 yr ago.  Sliding shower door fell off and broke into thousands of pieces injuring the person cleaning the shower.  The hardware they used to install FAILED.  Their customer service person was beyond rude.  Her biggest concern was to  make sure I understood it was no longer under warranty.  ZERO concern for the injured person.  No attempt to help the situation.  They just aren't doing residential anymore unless through a contractor.  THIS WAS PURCHASED THROUGH MY CONTRACTOR!  I have never been so disappointed in any service performed at my house.  And they don't seem to care.  My only response is to tell 2 people and let them tell 2 people etc etc.  They should be ashamed.  Sometimes it's not about the warranty, it's about good biz.
