Update: So the investigation came back doing nothing to fix my problem, and this makes my decision to leave this clinic now much easier. I'm done with HCMC. I'm leaving and doing the rest of my prenatal care elsewhere because of this. Instead of adding stars, taking one away. I want to change the rating higher and turn my prenatal experience around but so far... I have started my prenatal care here and so far in my 3 appointments/ultrasounds I have had nothing but good care (in person) BUT noticed every time AFTER my last 2 appts I have this horrible rude unprofessional Midwife (Cassandra Garcia) that for some reason has access to my chart (I never recall ever giving her permission to it) and has called me in a VERY rude and unprofessional way and has put in her OWN after appt notes on my chart that my pregnancy has complications WHEN IT DOESN'T(even called me over the phone to falsely tell say those horrible things might I add when I don't have any concerns voiced to me by any practitioners/sonographers doing my actual appts) just to scare me it seems and it is completely false and baseless...I have never heard from my practictioners in person at ANY of my appointments that there is a single thing wrong with my pregnancy and I get the final results discussed with me in person at every appointment right away so I don't understand how this is happening. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL experience being given to me and want her access to MyChart removed straight away because I do not feel comfortable anymore at this clinic because of this and I am seriously thinking of switching my prenantal care and delivery to a different clinic outside of Hennepin Heath Care that will handle Mychart more professionally and ACCURATEY. This one person has made me really think of abandoning Hennipin health care because of the horrible experience for no reason should be happening to me even though every other person at the clinice has given me a very good experience but has turned into a horrible one because of the severe lack of professionalism.

Nurse Linda was absolutely amazing & made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I also had to get blood work done during my visit (I HATE blood work) & the lady that did my blood work kept my mind off of it & was EXTREMELY nice & accommodating. So thankful.

The service at this clinic is bad. The nurses treat you with a bad attitude. There is a Somali nurse and she has a bad attitude. I give this clinic zero stars every time I had appointments. The nurses have a bad attitude.
