        Total rip off. If you have tool and equipment rental company you need to make sure that your staff knows and understands the equipment.

        Front counter experience was fine. Then I had to find someone to help me. Then he had to be explained what he was looking for. Then he tried to get me to attach a blade to the rental, I declined. He then could not figure out how to install blade. He then needed help to realize he was missing pieces. This isn't just terrible service, it's a safety issue. You have people that don't know what they are doing putting together potentially hazardous equipment.

      Aleksandar, we provided instructions and demonstrated the operation of the conveyor when you picked it up. Upon return (5 days later) you said it didn't work for you. It is our policy that you notify us immediately in the event our equipment is not operating properly. In this case, since no attempt was made to contact us regarding the issue we are unable to provide a refund to you.
