City & County Credit Union - Brooklyn Park

I absolutely love coming into the Brooklyn Park branch to take care of all my banking needs. Everyone is always so helpful and welcoming. Most recently, Cherylaah Gray went above and beyond to settle an international banking matter for me. She kept me aprised every step of the way and made me feel confident that she would see my banking needs through to the very end. I highly recommend this Brooklyn Park branch.

If there was a no star option, I would've selected it. I've never been more embarrassed than the way I was today. I went into this branch to apply for a personal loan, but they called the cops on me, stating that my license was fake. Imagine the trauma as a black man in Minnesota! I was escorted outside by the police who later apologized because of the embarrassment when they found nothing wrong with my ID.However, I went in the branch shaking and asked what I did wrong, there was no answer. The branch manager and the Banker both refused to apologize, stating that they were following their policies. Is it policy to falsely accuse a customer of possible fraud??
