        Thank you SO much to the kind staff at this location, especially Dylan. My car battery needed a jump with the cold front we are facing. I was already having a bad day, needed to get somewhere else, and AAA had a LONG wait. Dylan came out in the freezing cold to help me jump my car. I appreciate him so much!!!

        Unfortunately, I encountered an employee named Ava at the front counter whos been there since 2022. She had a bad attitude. She didn't have a friendly tone and didn't appear happy to be happy working there. Very negative image for kwik trip, typically you come across more positive people. Hopefully, Kwik Trip addresses this issue and ensures a more positive and welcoming environment for everyone. Let's support businesses that prioritize great customer service!
