Ive visited this location quite a few times and have recently learned Ive been getting screwed. I ask for a decaf coffee and instead they offer a decaf americano because there is no decaf brewed. I was okay with it until I realized that they are charging me extra because they dont want to brew decaf. If it was closer to the end of the day where a pot of decaf would go to waste, Id understand. But this is always in the morning. For medical reasons, I dont drink regular coffee. So I have to shell out an extra 30 cents each time because theyre too inconsiderate and/or lazy to make decaf. 30 cents doesnt sound like much, but it adds up. I received one of those email surveys and let them know what happens and my thoughts and asked to be contacted. Never heard a word. The staff is very nice so I dont know if its management telling them not to make decaf. Until something changes, Ill be shopping with a business who cares like Starbucks. Update 02/28 - Caribou reached out and worked to resolve the issue. I appreciate their efforts. I was told my comments will be shared with the districts leadership team. I havent gone back to this location yet, but I will and hopefully see changes. Added 2 stars for the corporate customer service.
