        Needed to have one glass replacement and 4 sticking windows adjusted. Scherer Brothers was excellent including everyone the scheduler (who responded quickly and kept me informed). Andy, the technician did an awesome job and was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend for any repair needs.

        I was looking for a specialized product that they ended up not being able to source. But they worked through it with me, consulted colleagues for options, and did what they could to try and help. Great customer service I thought.

        I had Scherer Brothers replace all of my windows with Infinity fiberglass windows in February of 2020. I had a difficult time deciding whether to buy Andersen, or Infinity by Marvin. After this past winter, I regret not choosing Andersens. I was disappointed that I had ice buildup on the inside lower edges of my windows when the outside temperature was below zero. For what these windows cost, there should be no ice issues. I emailed the company, and provided photos when asked, then never heard another thing from them. My advice would be to go with Andersens. My Andersen patio door has no such ice issues. I had Scherer Brothers replace all of my windows with Infinity fiberglass windows in February of 2020. I had a difficult time deciding whether to buy Andersen, or Infinity by Marvin. After this past winter, I regret not choosing More
