Happy with their services, and very competitive prices. I brought in two audio cassettes from the mid-'90s to have converted to .WAV & MP3, and came out fantastic. I would've liked to be told up front at drop-off that they didn't have a 4-track player in their equipment supply to process one of the two cassettes, but still giving 5 stars based on all else as well as job completion earlier than anticipated. THANK YOU!!!

Our family had a very large assortment of media (8mm film, VHS, camcorder, slides, etc.) from the 1960s onward that we wanted to convert to digital. We conducted extensive research on available companies in the Twin Cities. We narrowed it down to what we considered to be the top three. From there, we studied each of their websites and spoke with each about costs, services, and processes. We settled on Two Squares. We were won over by the fact that they put your media through a dehydration process, ensuring optimal results. We also liked how they provided an example on their website of how they outperform the leading competition, not just stating they're the best like you often see in advertising. Finally, we were impressed with their expertise as well as their ease and patience answering all of our questions, many of which were complex. Josh and team did an outstanding job! Since it was a large project, we cataloged it for easier tracking. Josh kept with our system perfectly. He went above and beyond by also adding the file name we used, not just the number as we had requested, saving us a ton of time on the back end. Their team was customer focused, easy to communicate with, and demonstrated their perfectionism and years of experience through their outstanding results. Speaking of results,one part of our project included some 8MM films from the late 60's that weren't stored in the best of conditions. The family member who supplied those films insisted they would not turn out. In fact, he had attempted to convert them a decade or more prior with limited results. Two Squares was able to recover 100% of those films with better than expected results. It was enjoyable seeing this family member watch these films with a stunned look on their face. We couldn't agree more with each and every positive remark shared in other reviews. We don't leave reviews often, but when you receive that rare exceptional service that is hard to come by these days, you are eager to share your feedback with others. Especially when you know others are also looking for a company they can trust with their priceless memories.
