My 5 lbs dog broke his front legs and I had informed them he's a small 5 lb dog and would they be able to take him in and be able to do what is needed. If not, I don't want to waste money and time going there and then get transferred to a different vet. They reassured me it'll be okay there to take care of his situation tonight and if he needs surgery it'll be at a later date since it's the evening. I brought him in for 3hrs to be told I need to bring him to a different clinic because they don't have his splint size and I need to pay for the examination and pain medication. Not a pleasant experience.

Amazing service! They were upfront about cost and called to explain options and their recommendations. They were great to work with and definitely know what they are doing. When I first arrived I was nervous on how it would go as their parking lot was full and they appeared pretty busy. Even with them being busy, me and my pup were out within three hours and they still took the time to explain items and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them!

I first want to thanks Dr. Garcia and one of the vet tech who answered my calls and was honest and geninue. I have tried other veterinarian emergency clinic and they were all full capacity. My puppy has cherry eye with bleed/cut. I understand that it isn't a life and death situation, but Allied was able to provide care to my pup while other 24 hr emergency clinic turned us away. Allied kept me informed about his condition and the process was smooth and easy. Dr. Garcia reassured my concerns and anxiety. Thanks for the professionalism and fast response!

I found a stray cat hiking in the woods - no microchip, no responses to the found ads. We were on waitlists with a few different shelters in the surrounding areas, but after 3 weeks of hanging on, his health took an acute turn for the worst. They were there... on a Sunday afternoon and got us in immediately! While I was prepared to cover the cost, they did so - incredibly compassionate care. We are very grateful; may God bless them in return for blessing us! Rest in paradise "Squint" the stray.

Great service, really upfront about cost and what they're doing and why, and then giving clear home care instructions.
Looked like they were pretty busy too but still was in and out in about 3 hours, which is amazing for an emergency visit. Staff was very caring and I trust my lil Snoop was in great hands. Thank you so much!
