My fiance booked my flight with Cavalla, and the return flight was cancelled - no big deal, they rescheduled the flight... but they rescheduled me for a month out. I didn't notice the significant error off the bat, but we did reach out to them upon receiving the adjusted flight schedule asking them to confirm my fiance and I were on the same flight and requested if possible that they seat us together. No response. I ended up having to purchase a new one way ticket that cost nearly as much as the round trip flight... and then they had the audacity to tell me it was my fault for not catching their human error. They even said it was their fault for booking me on the wrong flight, and refused to reimbursement. I pressed them on this and they finally conceded to send me half of the one way flight cost... then NEVER sent the check - I have digital advanced mail notice, so I know it wasn't stolen in the mail.
Flat out poor customer service all the way around. No ownership of their mistake, not even the slightest of apologies.
Do yourself a favor and find another travel agent.
