There is nothing ethical about Eric Richard as an attorney or as a human being. He has abused me as an opposing attorney. He abused me for my basic needs throughout the entire divorce process. He has filed for ridiculous motions to take everything I have fought valiantly for, and allow my ex-husband to keep financial control over me, when I have a right to to keep my independence. I used to be severely disabled, regained all normal function back. My ex-husband abused me for my recovery. Eric Richard took on a role of being a by-proxy abuser of me, on behalf of my ex-husband. It isn't at all ok, when I used to be severely debilitated and fought to regain all normal function, while being abused for doing just that in my marriage.

This man saved my life some years ago. I recommend him to everyone. I was so brainwashed and gone. I would have been dead if he didnt intercept my lack of an OFP. Helped me think a little bit clearer. Thank you!

I had a company benefit that includes legal coverage through certain attorneys for free, and Eric was one who was covered through this. My experience, start to finish, was so bad that I fired him even though he was free--it was worth spending the thousands on a decent attorney. I had to hunt Eric down for responses, his work constantly did not reflect what we had last talked about, and even to a non-attorney his work was observably sloppy and disjointed. I even had to tell him multiple times that he had used incorrect names in the documents. He effectively wasted months of my time before I gave up trying to work with him. The opposing attorney (and I agree with her) said of his work "This looks like an 8th grade draft." He frankly embarrassed me and himself.

Attorney Eric Richard has helped me with my Order of Protection and my immigration needs simultaneously. He focused more on my Order of Protection because it was an immediate need. He made sure to relay everything from him personally and also through his paralegal. I cant stress this enough, he made sure that he was on his toes every step of the way. Warned me of potential hearing results, helped me understand the differences between those results, and especially what to do for my safety and sanity. Eric Richard also consoled me and reassured me that I will be safe. And I thank him for this.
