My interactions with the Culligan team in Baxter have all been excellent. I purchased a new water system for my home and from my first meeting to completed install, I have been totally impressed with the teams professionalism and teamwork. I have the confidence that if I have a question I can always get a quick answer from the friendly professional staff. Having my new Culligan system gives me the peace of mind that I have no worries concerning my water needs. Thanks again Richard Conway

Absolute swindlers. I was told, not quoted a specific price for getting a water softener installed with a promo and splitting payment. I have as told my first 3 months would be less than $60, by two different salesman. After getting it all set up, I get a bill for $429. The salesman (Dan) didn't break up any of the payments, left out information and didn't add the promo. I called and spoke with them and they informed me of this and did remedy the promo/split payment option, but then told me Dan forgot to add some things and my payment would be $90 a month instead of the close to $60. I should have went with my guy and went to Range water, they were outright more expensive, but at least they were honest and actually did a thorough testing of my water. The guys who installed my water softener destroyed my apartment with muddy shoes, it was disgusting and took forever to clean. Dan didn't even make sure we had a plugin for the water softener before giving the go ahead, we almost had to abort right in the middle of them installing and they never put a leak censor on the water softener, they told me they forgot one but would be back to add it on and I've heard nothing. On top of that, Dan said he wanted them to try to put a 16 inch tank in, but they put a 12 inch because they forgot. That was that. All I hear is " they were very busy" and "Dan isn't good with computers so errors happen". I am not joking, it is ridiculous. What happens if I am too busy or technologically inept to pay my bill?
