        Shane did an excellent job helping us get setup with our new printer. Our last printer was through MCSI as well and since we had a great experience with that, we figured why not get our new printer through them as well. A few hiccups came after setting it up, but Shane was quick to handle the issues, spending lots of time on property with us in person, getting things right. Everything is working perfectly now, and I trust Shane to take care of us if anything pops up.

Our office strongly depends on equipment that is user friendly and support that is knowledgeable, and up to date on current software and equipment. Shane goes above and beyond in providing both!
