Northern Pines Mental Health Center

I was seeming Kim Henderson for med management here. Though her and the staff up front were friendly, I didnt feel this organization was truly helpful with managing my mental health concerns. We had tried a few medications that were ineffective and decided to try Gene Sight Testing for some direction. My results for the Gene Sight Test were incredibly inaccurate, as the one med recommended for me I had previously been on and ended up experiencing Serotonin Syndrome and thats why I had established care here. My provider Kim was unable to assist me with my FMLA paperwork, though it was for mental health, and I was directed to reach out to my PCP for further assistance. Being that no DA was completed by my provider, my PCP also refused to help with my FMLA paperwork. I have since self termed from this program as it seemed every thing Id try to address and improve would only set me backwards.

RANAE THE MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONER HERE IS A VULGAR, VERBALLY ABUSIVE, AND NARCISSITIC PERSONALITY THAT CAUSED ME ALOT OF GRIEF. SOMEONE LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM, AND SHE WAS DEVOID OF EMPATHY FOR MY PROBELMS AND ONLY MADE THINGS WORSE. SHE MAKS YOUR COMPANY LOOK VERY BAD. IF YOU GO THERE, AVOID HER.

Therapist didnt even introduce herself to me if I wasnt told her name when setting up the apt I wouldnt have even known it she was not understanding at all and did nothing to help.

Very check the box mentality, don't really care about their patients. They lack the resources for their provided services and refuse to remedy simple errors. Save your time, money, and mental health! Seek help from a PROFESSIONAL somewhere else.

I attempted to call this place, first on hold for 20 min before they hang up on me. I call back, wait on hold again, but someone answers. This gal was nice, but not helpful in the least. the ONE therapist they have is booked out until July 15th. WOW! I said I would even be willing to drive to the Twin Cities if needed I just want quality care. She says we don't have any in the Twin Cities, never Brings up their other locations near my community (There are many). Then says, does your work have an EAP program, I said yes, but I'm willing to pay that's not important to me, I want quality. She than says, hey let's transfer you to the EAP gal despite what you just said directly to me. I'm like okay, maybe this other gal will be helpful, I'm just trying to get some basic information and find the best fit for me... VOICEMAIL! Some people work and have other obligations with minimal time in the middle of the day during rather poor office hours to contact these places. I did not have time to jump through these hopes at all. If I wasn't in crisis, I probably would be after this call, in pure anger and frustration. I can tell how this service treats its clients right away. Even with the short staffing and covid impacts, I would hold a much higher standard of client service. I am honestly so shocked you are booked so far in advance even though you apparently have ONLY 1 therapist in my area.
